New feature in group voice chat on WhatsApp

Last year WhatsApp brought several new updates. Which gives a better voice message experience. This is such a good update in the case of Unalo Group. Messaging This app has recently added the option of group voice messages. Through which group chat can be done. But it's in beta, according to WABetInfo. Earlier Voice Chat was called Audio Chat.

According to news media Engage, it is more like a group call. People who have this update will see the waveform symbol at the top right of the group chat. Pressing on that icon will open the voice chat with the microphone on the left and the red X button on the right. With this enabled, everyone in the group will receive a push notification like any other message. Everyone will see a banner above the chat box. You can see how many people are chatting there. The user will also have the option to connect.

Voice chat will be protected with end-to-end encryption like any other chat. The chat will be closed automatically if no one appears within an hour.

According to EdgeGazette, the feature is currently only available in beta version but will be rolled out to more soon.
