As of my last knowledge update in January 2024, there isn't a standalone product or service called "Google Ads Manager." However, there are a couple of tools and interfaces related to managing Google Ads campaigns:

primary interface for managing Google advertising efforts.
Google Ad Manager:
While this is different from Google Ads,
it's worth mentioning. Google Ad Manager is a comprehensive ad platform
designed for publishers. It helps publishers manage their ad inventory,
including direct-sold ads, programmatic ads, and ad networks. It provides tools
for ad delivery, inventory management, and revenue optimization.
If there have been changes or new developments after January
2022, I recommend checking the official Google Ads documentation or contacting
Google support for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Google may
introduce new features or make changes to its advertising tools over time.
